Block Pool – Privacy Policy

 Privacy Policy — Block Pool

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Julia Puzzle Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Block Pool as a free game supported by advertising. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

For privacy questions, contact:

  1. Game progress and local storage

Block Pool stores game progress and preferences on your device, including unlocked levels, stars, coins, hearts, booster inventory, daily rewards, and sound settings.

The game does not require you to create an account. We do not operate an account-based cloud save service for this information.

Clearing the app’s storage removes its locally stored progress and settings. Uninstalling may also remove this information, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings.

  1. Advertising and automatically collected information

Block Pool uses Google AdMob, including rewarded and interstitial advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location.
• App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views.
• Diagnostic information about the performance of the app and advertising SDK.
• Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID, and other device or account-related identifiers where applicable.

This information is used to deliver and measure advertisements, perform analytics, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse.

Advertising data practices depend on your device settings, applicable consent choices, region, and the advertising services’ configuration.

  1. Information we do not request

Block Pool does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or payment information to play.

The game does not provide chat, user uploads, or an account registration feature. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location for gameplay.

  1. Sharing and third-party services

Advertising-related information is processed by Google and its advertising partners as described in their policies. We do not sell personal information.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required, such as in response to a valid legal request.

You can learn more about Google’s practices here:

If you follow an advertisement or external link, the destination service’s privacy policy applies.

  1. Your choices

You can manage or delete your advertising ID through your Android device’s privacy or advertising settings. Available controls depend on your Android version.

Where privacy or consent choices are presented, you can use them to manage the relevant advertising preferences. Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. Choosing not to watch one means that the associated advertising reward will not be granted.

  1. Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until it is cleared or otherwise removed.

Information processed by Google and its advertising partners is retained according to their policies and applicable legal requirements. We do not set a single retention period for information held by these providers.

If you contact us by email, we use the information you provide to respond and handle your request. We retain that correspondence only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. We cannot directly retrieve or delete data held independently by Google solely from your local game progress.

  1. Security and international processing

Google Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Third-party advertising services may process information in countries other than your country of residence, as described in their privacy policies.

  1. Children’s privacy

Block Pool is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

  1. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game or its data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
